These terms are the agreement between you and Galliano AS.
By creating an account or using AppWhy, you accept them.
If you use AppWhy for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may.
AppWhy is in an open beta, and it is free.
Features may change, pause or end while it is in beta.
Before anything you use starts to cost money, we tell you, and you choose whether to pay.
If you subscribe, the price, what it includes and how to cancel are shown before you pay.
When you give AppWhy a reply key, it posts replies to your reviews in your name.
It posts on its own after an hour, unless you choose to approve each one first.
You are responsible for every reply posted from your account, and for following Apple’s and Google’s rules for replies.
You can edit, delete or switch off replies at any time.
AppWhy uses AI to explain your numbers, answer your questions and draft replies.
AppWhy checks the figures it shows against your data, but it cannot promise that every answer is right.
Its answers are information, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Check anything important before you act on it.
The decisions you make are yours.
You own your data.
You let us store and process it only to run AppWhy for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
We never show, share or sell it to another customer, never pool it with theirs, and never use it for benchmarks or to estimate any app.
Where your data includes other people’s personal data, such as reviewers or your users, our Data Processing Agreement applies and is part of these terms.
You can export or delete your data at any time.
Don’t use AppWhy to:
We may limit or suspend an account that does.
We tell you why, unless the law or someone’s safety stops us.
When you create an API token or connect an AI assistant, your data goes wherever you send it.
What happens to it there is your responsibility.
Keep tokens secret, and revoke any you no longer use.
AppWhy, its software, design and brand belong to Galliano AS.
You may use it while your account is active.
That right is personal, and not exclusive.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.
We work to keep AppWhy running and its numbers right.
To the extent the law allows, it is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
We don’t promise it will run without interruption or errors.
Numbers come from the tools you connect, and we can’t promise they are complete or correct.
To the extent the law allows:
If someone brings a claim against Galliano AS because of the data you connected, the replies posted from your account, or your breach of these terms or of a connected tool’s terms, you cover that claim.
That includes reasonable legal costs.
We may update these terms.
For a change that matters, we tell you by email or in AppWhy at least 14 days before it applies.
If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then.
Norwegian law applies.
Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, with the district court for Galliano AS’s registered office as the venue.
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country still applies, and you may bring a case where you live.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement are the whole agreement.
If one part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
Not using a right now doesn’t mean giving it up.
